This project was going to be a home for a young, energetic family. It needed to be elegant yet functional and accommodating for small children. Understanding their vision and needs, I immediately knew that we needed to rearrange the layout. This allowed us to incorporate a guest bathroom where there otherwise was none, and truly highlight the beauty of the kitchen and fireplace which would become focal points of the apartment. The end result is a breathtaking space that is efficient as it is beautiful.
